About DCI Digital Career Institute
The DCI Digital Career Institute gGmbH was founded for the sole purpose of qualifying people into the digital job market. We believe everyone deserves a chance regardless of their age, origin or financial background. We are committed to teach the skills that the industry requires and making sure we help our students throughout the journey. In only one year we teach the skills needed to start a career as a web developer, based on the MERN stack. Our learning method: the use of modern media, blended learning, project work, networking and at the end of the course each participant does a mandatory internship. Besides teaching programming, we are visiting digital companies to provide insights into the industry and their future jobs.
4scotty.com was launched in 2014 specifically for talent in IT and software development. In the meantime, more than 50,000 IT experts and software developers as well as more than 1,000 companies with currently 2,500 vacancies have registered with 4scotty. The mission is to make the sought-after talents of IT finding the right job in a non-transparent market as comfortable and easy as possible.
4scotty has reversed the traditional application (reverse application). Companies compete on the platform with the registered job seekers with job offers that already contain all the information about the tasks, projects, culture, team, benefits, perspective and even the salary.
Talents simply define their dream job and their desires on the platform. Afterwards, they can sit back, check the suitable job offers and decide at any time with which companies they would like to conduct a job interview directly. Experienced talent advocates support and advise the talents on the whole journey to the right job.
